Scheduled Flight Permission

The permission for a scheduled flight to Armenia requires close partnership and proper paperwork, thus consider us as ready to hire professionals to represent your scheduled or charter operations.

For scheduled flights to the Republic of Armenia, the foreign aircraft operators at least 20 working days before the date of the intended operations shall submit to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia an Application containing the following information:

  1. Full name of the aircraft operator, with legal form indication, location, all numbers for communications
  2. Location of the aircraft operator Representation (organization, performing representative function) in the Republic of Armenia, name, surname of the representatives, location and numbers for communications
  3. Type(s), ownership, state of registry, nationality and registration marks of the operating aircraft(s) for air service operation
  4. Air route, flight number, International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) three-letter designator code, International Air Transport Association (IATA) two-letter designator code, periods of air service operation and weekly frequency, tariffs subject to apply
  5. Information about alternate airports/aerodromes
  6. Information about the presence and share of the foreign capital at the aircraft operator’s company

The Application presented by the Applicant shall be composed in Armenian or Russian or English language, and confirmed by the authorized person of the Applicant.The following information and copies of documents (the copies of documents should be certified by the authorized person of the aircraft operator), shall be attached to the Application:

  1. The copies of Aircraft Operator Certificate with its Annexes or Operations specifications
  2. The copies of the permission for the operation of scheduled commercial air services on the route mentioned in the Application, issued by the Aeronautical Authorities of the Aircraft Operator’s State of Registry
  3. Aviation Security Program of the foreign aircraft operator
  4. The copies of Airworthiness, Registration and Noise Certificates of the aircraft to be operated on the air services mentioned in the Application
  5. The copies of Insurance/reinsurance certificates towards passengers, baggage, cargo and third party legal liabilities
  6. The Program of scheduled commercial air services along with the information as per Form 3
  7. Drafts of landings/take-offs times (SLOTS) agreed with the airports of the intended scheduled commercial air services of the Applicant, according to the Program specified in par. 6 above
  8. Types, number of aircraft to be operated for scheduled air services by the foreign aircraft operator
  9. Information on availability of equipment and maintenance services in relation to the aircraft operated on the given scheduled commercial air services, in compliance with international requirements
  10. Information on passenger service conditions onboard aircraft, as well as information on the offered services
  11. The copies of contracts on provision of services concluded with meteorological service providers
  12. Information on the air ticketing network
  13. The copies of contracts on the required services concluded with the relevant airport of destination in the Republic of Armenia and with service-providers of auxiliary services
  14. Other information, which the Applicant may consider as appropriate and conducive to the process of getting permission for air route operation
